Review:

I cannot recommend this tool strongly enough. Using a soldering iron is a waste of time but this tool is the real deal. It heats up quickly, and is comfortable and fast to use. It includes a pair of lights that illuminate the area that you are cutting. It dioesn't have a sharp edge, so it doesn't get blunt. You don't need to replace blades and you don't need a small-but-expensive cutting mat. Use on glass or on board. I have covered the entire floor of my sewing room with MDF, so that I can use the entire area as a cutting floor with the hot knife. I make templates out of hardboard.

I wouldn't be without it.

Note: Check the voltage. You can't use the 110v American knife in 230V Europe.
