Comprehensive Kitemakers' Competition |
Most kitebuiding competitions are
comprehensive, in that the kites are judged by the following
criteria:

Visual Appeal
-
Flight
-
Craftsmanship
-
Structural Design
The
American Kitefliers Association explains these competitions in
the "Rules & Guidelines for Kitemakers' Competitions 3rd

chaired the AKA Kite Making
Competitions Committee, has been Head Judge for AKA's National
Convention since 1997, and provides judging services for many
kite building competitions all over the country. |
