Kite Festivals
Please limit the number of pictures you post here to your Best Shots... and try to post pictures that communicate the 'uniqueness' of the event. If the festival was held in Washington DC, include something in the photo that identifies the event (Washington Monument, Whitehouse etc...)

Bowed Kites
