It is not your fault. Forum program is at fault. YOu can post photos if they are stored on a different server, and not here.
Sad, but true.

| It only works if you don't have any other text in the post. All I did for the post above was copy your exact "img" text, so your form was correct, the server just has a few quirks. |

Yeah, I was wondering how to get photos to work too.
I really like those vulture genkis by the way. Real nice graphics. |

Thanks Mike . I originally came up with that graphic while working on the development stages of the NPW9b. I went on to build several other kites using the same central panel, I just added different wing styles as required.
Let's see if I can get the pictures to show up now (fingers crossed).
The original NPW9b was first......
The genkis shown earlier were next followed by an 8 foot wide dual-line precision/ballet kite (shown here being flown by one of the Windjammers Kite Team)..........
The final kite (so far) to carry the 'Vulture' graphic was a NPW-HA (a high aspect NPW9b)......
All of the above kites use the same templates for the central panel which speeds up building as we were making five or six head panels at once about eighteen months ago. _________________ Larry Green

When I made my Genki, like you, I went with the cheap stuff from the fabric store, thinking "just in case this doesn't work out". It's a great plan, and if you're going big use good fabric. After you've put all of that work into it you won't look back like me and wish you'd used better material. |
I'm taking your advice... I'll use my fabric store stuff for my first lilgenki & pocket kite (these will be my first kites). Then I'll go to real stuff for the Big Dallmer genki. Can I use wood dowels on the bg dallmer genki?

The fabric store stuff, and $1 Wally mart stuff is best used on line laundry, and ground bouncers.
IIRC. _________________

Cool... I'll try out a bol/basket with that stuff. _________________ Having Fun Flying kites....now I want to BUILD! |
